General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the ct998 platform ("we", "ct998") and its users ("you", "member"). By using the ct998.bar website and all services under it, you are voluntarily agreeing to abide by these Terms.

These Terms may be available in both English and Bengali. In the event of a conflict, the original version shall apply. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the ct998 platform.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until active bonus wagering requirements have been met.

Bonus & Promotion Rules

ct998 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own applicable terms and conditions. The general bonus policy is described below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to claim the bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

All bonuses must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x — calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may not claim each promotion more than once.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts may result in all accounts being cancelled.
• ct998 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to withdraw without meeting a bonus's terms may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering — please read the terms of each offer separately.

VIP Program

ct998's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with weekly cashback and additional benefits.

VIP tier progression depends on a member's gaming activity. Consistent activity is required to advance to higher tiers. ct998 reserves the right to change the criteria for VIP tiers.

Gaming Rules

All games on ct998 are operated on the principles of fairness and transparency. Members must follow the rules below:

• Each game's own rules apply separately.
• If an incorrect winning amount is displayed due to a technical error, ct998 reserves the right to pay the correct amount.
• If a connection is lost during a game, the data stored on ct998's servers will be considered final.
• Using any software bug or glitch in a game to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.
• If a dispute arises over the outcome of any game, ct998 will review the server logs and make a final decision.

7.1 Sports Betting Rules

Members must comply with all applicable rules to participate in sports betting. If a betting market is cancelled or an event does not take place, the wagered amount will be refunded. Participation in any betting activity related to match-fixing or influencing results is prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited:

• Creating an account by providing fraudulent or false information.
• Operating multiple accounts or having another person operate an account on your behalf.
• Abusing the bonus system, "bonus hunting", or claiming bonuses under multiple identities.
• Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Attempting to harm ct998's systems or other members.
• Using the platform for betting exchange or arbitrage purposes instead of genuine monetary transactions.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for the benefit of minors (under 21).

Members may also contact the ct998 support team at any time to request closure of their account. An opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before the account is closed — however, active bonuses may be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability
